Bio
Adam Hicks has considerable experience in litigation, particularly in electronic discovery. Prior to working with RSHC, he spent several years at a medical malpractice firm, where he handled various matters related to complex litigation: arguing motions, drafting discovery, writing briefs, and working with physicians on expert reports. Adam also served as a judicial intern for the U.S. District Court, and as a project consultant for the Federal Communications Commission (FCC). He has a LL.M. (Master of Laws) in information technology and privacy law.
Adam is committed to community service and has worked on pro bono projects for those in prison.
