Jasmeen Bains has experience working on general corporate matters and a wide range of transactions, including venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions, unsecured financings, real-estate-backed financings, and commercial real estate transactions.
Jasmeen has worked with clients across industries, including global financial institutions, Fortune 500 companies, and early-stage startups. Jasmeen’s clients rely on her for her thoughtful counsel, collaborative approach, and emphasis on their greater corporate goals.
Prior to joining RSHC, Jasmeen worked for a global Am Law 50 firm on corporate matters. She also interned for the corporate group at a multinational e-commerce company, where she assisted with commercial transactions and regulatory compliance.
Jasmeen has experience in cross-border transactions in Europe and Asia.
