State’s Attorney Dismisses All Charges Against Wrongfully Convicted "Marquette Park 4", Ron Safer and Eli Litoff Part of the Team of Lawyers that Provided Pro Bono Legal Counsel.

Ron Safer and Eli Litoff are extremely proud to be a part of the pro bono team of lawyers involved in this quadruple exoneration. New fingerprint evidence persuaded the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office to dismiss all charges against four men who as teenagers signed confessions to a 1995 double murder and armed robbery that they did not commit.
