RSHC Managing Partner Patricia Brown Holmes Appointed to New NFL Diversity Committee
The National Football League announced the formation of a new Diversity Advisory Committee on March 28, bringing together experienced leaders from across industries, including RSHC Managing Partner Patricia Brown Holmes, to advise the league on diversity, equity, and inclusion in hiring and promotion.
Judge Holmes will serve alongside committee members Peter Harvey, former attorney general of New Jersey; Rick Smith, former general manager of the Houston Texans; Don Thompson, former CEO of McDonald’s; University of Colorado-Boulder business professor Stefanie K. Johnson, and Pamela Carlton, founder and president of leadership consulting firm Springboard.
"We've worked for years and made progress in many areas to ensure that staff and leaders in our office and at our clubs reflect the racial and gender makeup of America, but we have more work to do," said NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell in a statement. "This esteemed group's work will help us build a more inclusive league."
