RSHC Partner Kate Stimeling will be speaking as part of the Association of Defense Counsel of Northern California and Nevada (ADC) on Neuropsychology After Randy's Trucking v. Superior Court: Clinical and Legal Perspectives panel. The webinar will take place on February 21, at 12:00PM to 2PM PST. The panel will discuss the impacts of the California Court of Appeal’s decision in Randy’s Trucking v. Superior Court, 91 Cal. App. 5th 818 (Cal. Ct. App. 2023), on cognitive function examinations in traumatic brain injury cases.
