Geoffrey Young Moderated Panel at 2024 MCCA Global Tech Forum

RSHC Partner Geoffrey Young moderated a program at the June 18 MCCA Global Tech Forum entitled “Predictive Analytics in Litigation.” The panel identified patterns in judicial behavior and jury trends that inform more efficient, strategic decision-making, integrating predictive analytics that should be taught in law schools, and using new tools such as Lex Machina for data to add to the basics of critical thinking and judgment.
