RSHC Business Transactions Team Members Published in IICLE® Handbook

RSHC’s LaVon M. Johns, David Aguilar, and Peter M. Zagotta have published chapters in the IICLE® Real Estate Litigation 2024 Edition, a comprehensive handbook that provides a best-practice guidance for issues that are the subject of real property litigation. 

LaVon M. Johns acted as the General Editor of the entire publication, working with the IICLE staff and other authors to complete the handbook. She also authored Chapter 9 – “Real Estate Broker Litigation,” and co-authored Chapter 7 – “Loan Commitment Litigation and the Illinois Credit Agreement Act” with RSHC Business Transactions Team members David Aguilar and Peter Zagotta.
