With deep experience in the research and analysis behind due diligence reports and other key inputs for commercial and corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, AC brings a detail-oriented perspective to business’ most strategic pursuits, helping her clients reach their goals in the most efficient and cost-effective manner possible.
As part of the firm’s Business Transactions Team, AC handles a range of corporate transactions, including private equity investments, mergers and acquisitions, and commercial real estate deals. She negotiates and drafts those documents required to bring a transaction to close. Passionate about helping her clients take their businesses to the next level, she focuses on managing risks and achieving positive outcomes in even the most complex deals and potentially contentious matters.
