Ashley Paynter defends employers of all sizes against wage and hour class actions and complex commercial litigation in federal, state, and arbitral forums across the United States. Ashley is well-versed in the risks facing employers. She primarily serves clients in the transportation industry, from publicly traded companies to small family-owned businesses and is widely appreciated for her comprehensive understanding of their business needs and objectives. When confronted by high-stakes employment disputes that threaten the well-being of their business, clients turn to Ashley for individualized and innovative solutions that protect their interests.
